A Full Member must be a qualified occupational therapist or physiotherapist providing Hand Therapy in Hong Kong, or enrolled in a recognised graduate training program in Hong Kong who ordinarily resides in Hong Kong. The subscribers to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Society shall be Full Members. Full Members are eligible to apply for Life Full Membership after they have been paid-up Full Members for at least 4 years.
  Honorary Membership may be conferred upon an individual who has made outstanding contributions to Hand Therapy or to the Society and such conferment shall be recommended by the Executive Committee.
  Associate Members are individuals who show interest in Hand Therapy and practise relevant service in relation to the care of hand conditions. Associate Members are eligible to apply for Life Associate Membership after they have been paid-up Associate Members for at least 4 consecutive years.
  Overseas Members are qualified professional therapists who actively practise Hand Therapy and reside outside Hong Kong.
  Student Members are those who are enrolled in the full-time occupational therapy or physiotherapy bachelors degree programme of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and show interest in Hand Therapy.
