** Please send a copy of the remittance receipt within 5 days from the application submission date by emailing to info@hksht.org or by fax to (852) 2590 0099 and notify us of the name(s) of the participant(s) for reference. All charges on bank transfer will be borne by the participant(s).

D. 重要须知
  • 如需官方邀请函以协助参会者办理旅行签证，请联系： info@hksht.org 以作安排。
  • 香港手外科医学会（HKSSH）会员的会籍资格将进行核实。若经确认会籍无效，主办方有权按标准报名费向报名者补收差额。
  • 完成注册即视为同意主办方通过短信、电话、电子邮件或其他认为合适的方式，向参会者发送持续医学教育项目及/或活动信息，以及其他相关主题与活动通知。参会者可随时通过邮件至会议秘书处（ info@hksht.org ）申请从联络名单中移除个人联络方式。
  • 会议日程如有变动，恕不另行通知。若遇会议取消之特殊情况，主办方的唯一及最高责任为全额退还已缴纳费用。主办方对此拥有最终解释权。

E. 取消报名与退款政策
  • 如需取消报名，请通过电子邮件通知会议秘书处（邮箱： info@hksht.org ），并提供参会者姓名及需取消的项目等资料。若在活动举办前一个月确认收到书面取消通知，将退还50%的注册费用；少于一个月前申请取消则不予退款。所有退款均需在会议结束后统一处理。若逾期取消或缺席活动，该退款申请将不予受理。
  • 若因特殊情况需取消研讨会，我们将在官方网站 / Facebook专页（香港手部复康治疗学会）发布公告，并至少于活动开始前2小时通过电子邮件通知所有参会者。
