** Please send a copy of the remittance receipt within 5 days from the application submission date by emailing to info@hksht.org or by fax to (852) 2590 0099 and notify us of the name(s) of the participant(s) for reference. All charges on bank transfer will be borne by the participant(s).

D. 重要須知
  • 如需官方邀請函以協助參會者辦理旅行簽證，請聯繫： info@hksht.org 以作安排。
  • 香港手外科醫學會（HKSSH）會員的會籍資格將進行核實。若經確認會籍無效，主辦方有權按標準報名費向報名者補收差額。
  • 完成註冊即視為同意主辦方通過短信、電話、電子郵件或其他認為合適的方式，向參會者發送持續醫學教育專案及/或活動資訊，以及其他相關主題與活動通知。參會者可隨時通過郵件至會議秘書處（ info@hksht.org ）申請從聯絡名單中移除個人聯絡方式。
  • 會議日程如有變動，恕不另行通知。若遇會議取消之特殊情況，主辦方的唯一及最高責任為全額退還已繳納費用。主辦方對此擁有最終解釋權。

E. 取消報名與退款政策
  • 如需取消報名，請通過電子郵件通知會議秘書處（郵箱： info@hksht.org ），並提供參會者姓名及需取消的專案等資料。若在活動舉辦前一個月確認收到書面取消通知，將退還50%的註冊費用；少於一個月前申請取消則不予退款。所有退款均需在會議結束後統一處理。若逾期取消或缺席活動，該退款申請將不予受理。
  • 若因特殊情況需取消研討會，我們將在官方網站 / Facebook專頁（香港手部復康治療學會）發佈公告，並至少於活動開始前2小時通過電子郵件通知所有參會者。
